Most wellness apps start kind and then turn into homework. Another streak to protect. Another ping that you missed a session. Another library of content that never quite knows you. We got tired of self-care that made people feel behind.
So we asked a simpler question. What would this feel like if it were built to be gentle? If ten honest seconds counted? If missing a day was completely fine? If, instead of handing you a catalog and walking away, something in the app actually remembered you?
We did not want another app that made people feel behind. We wanted one that felt like a deep breath.
Wellevate is a small team building a personal wellness companion for iPhone, Android, and the web. We sit in the same family as the tools people reach for when they want to feel steadier: mood tracking, private journaling, small daily rituals, guided breathwork, manifestation practice, and a conversational buddy for the hours when you just need to be heard.
We are not a clinic, a therapy practice, or a medical device company. That distinction matters. Headspace and Calm taught the world that a beautiful daily practice can help people pause. We took that lesson and stayed smaller on purpose: one calm room for your inner life, with a buddy who listens, and no guilt if you come back tomorrow.
Consistency beats intensity. A small practice you keep will always outperform a perfect one you abandon. That is why a check-in can take ten seconds, and why we will never punish you for a quiet day.
Your inner life deserves to be seen, privately. Moods become a Year in Pixels you can actually look at. Journals, chats, and rituals stay yours. We do not sell them, and we do not turn them into ads. Read the full Privacy Policy.
Support should sound like a friend, not a script. Sol is a support buddy inside the app. It reads what you said, answers that, and offers a small next thought when it fits. It does not diagnose, and it does not pretend to be a clinician.
You can try before you commit. Start as a guest, in the browser, with no credit card. If you make an account later, what you built comes with you.
You can read how the practice works or explore the benefits in more depth.
Wellevate is for general wellbeing and personal growth. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. Sol is not a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or think you may harm yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away. In the US, you can call or text 988. The app also keeps a Help and Resources list under Settings.
The practice lives at app.wellevateapp.com, with native iOS and Android apps on the same experience. This site is home: the story, the guides, and our Terms and Privacy Policy.
